Custom Car Care supplies products and services mainly car related, all over the world. However, mainly in the BeNeLux. The delivery time and price of products are different. The delivery time and price of products is always determined per single product. Product X may therefore be ordered today at price X at delivery time X and tomorrow product X may be ordered at price Y at delivery time Y.
Charges due to import, customs, taxes, and other charges that are beyond your control Custom Car Care are the responsibility of the customer. Any delays with deliveries are beyond the responsibility of Custom Car Care. If the ordered goods that are paid for and in stock and shipped are not with the customer within 30 days within the European Union, the customer can cancel the order. When placing an order, the customer is obliged to pay for his ordered products or services due to the payment obligation stated in Belgian law.
The customer also agrees to the terms and conditions of Custom Car Care. This payment must be made no later than 30 days after placement. If the ordered goods are not paid within 30 days, an administrative fee of € 10,00 including taxes will be charged. This amount doubles every 30 days, if the customer continues to refuse the administrative costs after 180 days, a bailiff will be appointed, the costs of which will be passed on to the customer and in case of a lawsuit, the legal costs will also be invoiced to the customer. Payments with PayPal also require an additional administration fee of € 0,43 including taxes fixed costs and 5,00% of the total amount including taxes to cover expenses incurred to provide the payment method.
When a service is ordered and paid for via the webshop, this is only an advance to be able to make a reservation. The prices are indicative prices only and serve only as an advance, the effective price of the service can be more than the sum already paid at the time of the order. This is because every car is different, so that no fixed price can be imposed. After performing the service, the customer must pay the invoice from which the advance has already been deducted, even if it is more than the advance was paid when ordering the service or more than the customer expected. If there are any comments, the customer will be given the opportunity to state these when ordering on the webshop and when Custom Car Care arrives at the customer's site to perform the service. If the customer does not mention anything, the service will be performed as stated on the webshop. When ordering a service via the webshop, you therefore agree to be familiar with this condition.
Custom Car Care also offer the legal guarantee for his or her customers in our general terms and conditions. This is 2 years, if a manufacturing defect is noticed within 6 months and you return the product with a valid reason that is not caused by the consumer, your product will be repaired, replaced or refunded. If after 6 months and within 2 years an error is noticed by the user and reported to Custom Car Care the consumer must be able to demonstrate that the production error was already present when the product was purchased in order to be able to fall within the legal warranty. Products that are of a different brand than Custom Car Care own brands are covered by the legal warranty of the manufacturer of the respective product and not Custom Car Care. Some mistakes made by other manufacturers that passed the inspection Custom Car Care have slipped and are not listed by Custom Car Care may be reported to the customer in order to draw up his own investigation and report for qualitative purposes, in certain cases Custom Car Care also meet the customer's wishes, even if this falls outside the legal guarantee and is therefore a service from Custom Car Care self out. If products were ordered from Custom Car Care there is also a right of withdrawal that allows you to cancel within 14 days when you have placed your order. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must comply with the legal conditions described here in the general terms and conditions. To exercise the right of withdrawal you must Custom Car Care informing you of your decision to cancel your order by an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing by post or e-mail). You can use the attached model withdrawal form when you request it by post or e-mail, but you are not obliged to do so.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you cancel the contract, you will receive all payments you have made up to that point, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) without delay and in any case, no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract, back from us. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction if possible, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such reimbursement. If the order has already been shipped and arrived at the customer, the customer must return the order unopened, unused and in the original packaging in order to be able to invoke the right of withdrawal. If the order is returned and does not meet these requirements, the order will be returned to the customer and the additional shipping and administration costs will be charged to the customer and payment of the order must be paid after 14 days.
If the customer does not comply with this, an additional administrative cost of € 14 including taxes will be charged after 10,00 days. Newsletters and other advertising are also only sent to your mail if you have registered for this. Your data will remain with the Custom Car Care database and will not be distributed. Your data can be deleted on specific request. Your data can also be passed on to government agencies if they have the necessary documents. When ordering a service, you also agree that some recordings or photos will be made while performing the service in order to make them public. The products of Custom Car Care may be filmed and photographed if they do not have an intentional adverse effect on the sale of the product.
